Custom Candle Boxes Crafted for Your Brand

We run a pretty high-volume operation here in Sayville and finding a packaging partner that could actually keep up with our order sizes was a challenge for a long time. We started with the custom candle boxes about two years ago and just recently added candle shipping boxes to the mix for our e-commerce accounts. Print quality is consistent batch to batch which matters a lot when you're dealing with retail buyers who notice everything. Communication has been solid throughout. Good experience overall. We do private label work so we're constantly onboarding new clients with different brand specs and it was important for us to find a box vendor that could turn around dielines and proofs quickly. Turnaround on proofs is fast, and when we had a client request a last minute Pantone change our rep Tyler walked us through the process without making it a whole ordeal. Pricing is fair for the quality your getting. The kraft boxes in particular have been a hit with our more eco-conscious clients.

The rigid construction is top notch and our gift retail partners have commented multiple times on how premium the unboxing feels. Had a slight delay on one of our early orders but they were upfront about it and made it right. Already planning to expand the relationship before Q4.

We've tried a few packaging companies over the years and this is the one we're sticking with. Our holiday wholesale line looked absolutely beautiful this past season. Wholesale accounts sold through faster than expected and a few buyers specifically asked about the packaging. That kind of thing doesn't happen by accident. Already put in our reorder for next season.

Operating across multiple locations means we need consistency above everything else. Same box dimensions, same color output, same quality every single time. That's not something every vendor can deliver but Personalized Candle Box has been remarkably consistent across every order we've placed. The counter display units in particular have driven some really noticeable lift in sell-through for our retail partners. Our rep Jake is responsive and actually knows the product well which is refreshing.

As an independent brand, aesthetics are everything for us. The packaging IS part of the product and our customers expect it to look as intentional as what's inside the box. We needed something that could fit our 8oz amber jars snugly without a ton of extra filler material and also look good on a shelf. They nailed the sizing on the first production run which honestly surprised me because getting jar dimensions dialed in can be fiddly. The foil stamp on the lid panel came out crisp and the whole thing just looks elevated. Will def be back for our next SKU launch.
