Kraft Candle Boxes

A kraft candle box is packaging built on kraft paperboard, an uncoated stock made from a pulping process that retains more of the natural lignin in wood fiber. The result is a substrate that is recyclable through standard curbside programs, biodegradable in industrial composting environments, and visually distinct from coated white cardboard. We manufacture kraft candle boxes for soy candle makers, beeswax candle brands, coconut wax lines, and any brand whose product story benefits from a natural-material presentation. Three kraft variants are available: natural brown (the most popular for artisan and soy candle brands), white kraft (cleaner color reproduction without losing the uncoated feel), and black kraft (a distinctive option that pairs well with metallic foil).

Print is applied with eco-friendly inks directly onto the kraft surface, which keeps the natural texture visible through the print. Light brand colors that read pastel on white stock will shift warmer on natural brown kraft, and very light pastels typically need a white ink undercoat to reproduce accurately. Window cutouts, ribbon closures, simple foil stamping, and custom inserts for candle jars are all available.
