    Is there a cost for getting a quote?
    No. Quotes are free with no obligation. The proposal includes a pricing breakdown by material and finish option, recommended specifications for your product, and an estimated production timeline. Request your free quote.
    What information do I need to request a quote?
    At minimum: your name, email, and the type of candle packaging you need. For accurate pricing, also include candle dimensions (length x width x height, or diameter x height for round vessels), desired quantity, preferred material, and any finishing requirements (foil, lamination, window cutout, magnetic closure). The more detail, the more precise the pricing.
    What happens after I approve my quote?
    After quote approval, our design team creates a custom box layout (the dieline) and provides a digital proof for review. Once you sign off on the proof, production starts. Standard production is 10 to 15 business days, after which the boxes ship free to your location.
    How accurate does my candle dimension need to be?
    Accurate to within 1/16 inch (about 2 mm). Cardboard boxes have a manufacturing tolerance of plus or minus 1/16 inch on any dimension, so a quote based on rough dimensions will produce a box that does not fit your vessel cleanly. Measure with a caliper or ruler, take each measurement twice, and use the larger reading.
    Can I order a small test run before committing to larger volumes?
    Yes. We recommend starting at 100 units for a first-run test. The unit cost is higher than at 500 or 1,000 units, but you validate fit, print quality, and customer reception before committing to a larger production run. Reorders at higher volumes qualify for better per-unit pricing automatically.
