Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects. Every order goes through a thorough approval process before production begins.

Custom Made Products
All of our products are custom manufactured to your exact specifications. Each order is produced only after you approve both a digital proof and a final specification sheet, ensuring the finished product meets your requirements before a single box is made. Because every order is unique to your brand, our ability to accept returns is limited to situations where a genuine manufacturing fault has occurred.
Reporting Issues
If you believe your order is faulty or defective, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. All claims must include digital proof of the issue, such as photographs or video that clearly shows the defect or fault. Claims submitted after this window or without supporting documentation cannot be reviewed.
When reporting an issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the defect or fault
- Photographs or video showing the issue
- The quantity of affected units
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing faults or defects. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect specifications approved by the customer
- Normal variation in custom manufacturing
- Products that match the approved proof and specifications
We strongly encourage you to review all proofs and specification sheets carefully before approving production. Our team is always available to clarify any details during the approval stage.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved by our quality team, the following conditions apply:
- The complete order must be returned intact and unused
- All original packaging must be included
- Products must be in their original, unaltered condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
Resolution Process
Each claim is reviewed individually by our quality team. Upon verification of a manufacturing fault, we will provide an appropriate solution tailored to the nature and extent of the issue. Resolutions may include:
Reprint
A full or partial reprint of the affected order at no additional cost.
Store Credit
Credit applied to a future order, valid for use on any new production run.
Refund
Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The specific resolution will depend on the nature of the defect and will be agreed upon mutually with the customer.
Refund Timeline
Once an approved return is received and inspected by our team, resolutions are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email once your claim has been reviewed and a resolution has been confirmed.
